I engaged Greg to develop our Sales Team’s skills and practices over several months with excellent results. Having flowcharted our processes he agreed with us the key competencies which he then used to design and deliver a bespoke training program specific to our objectives. Greg engaged well with the team and assisted me in positively implementing the change management across a team with a range of experience.
